BIO
Toby K is an emerging lighting, video and interactive artist from Sydney, Australia. He recently designed The River Eats in collaboration with Justin Shoulder at performance space and lit the 2012/2013 Sport For Jove Western Sydney Shakespeare festival. Most recently he worked with Merrigong Theatre Company and development #3 of The Star Project. He has upcoming designs for Hit the Floor Together for QL2 Dance, The Australian Dance Awards, and Anaconda at Bondi Pavillion. In the past he has lit national tours for Monkey Baa Theatre company and internationally for Merrigong Theatre Company and Chicago Shakespeare Theater. As an independent artist he undertook a residency in May with interactive media collective DotDotDot in Milan and is planning a further development of his own work CubeJam later in 2013.
